Summer By The Sea 2016
The Project was developed through the through the Bellarine Catchment Network. The program looks to develop a greater capacity for on ground works, community education and holiday environment programs through a range of Summer By The Sea Program activities. Along side this through out the year the program looked to engage with 10 local Primary and secondary Schools to establish an annual Coastcare Environment day for schools and community groups.

Our first and busiest beach event this uear with 30 children participating plus their parents!

We were only planning to do one session but because of the high deman we stayed and completed 2 sessions.

A very hot day and for this reason we didn't get the same high number of participants

A lovely group of kids and parents meant we were able to have more of a discussion about plants and animals and answer any questions the kids had.
